November Wrap-Up / December Goals
2017 Total Wordcount Goal : 64,542 / 300,000 and even though that's a far cry from the 300k I was aiming for this year, I feel really good about that number. Considering the raging crapfest that 2017 has been and how I had to fight for every single one of those words? Yeah, 65k's fucking awesome by me.
November
This month has been pretty all right. Didn't get as much writing done as I'd hoped what with other run-of-the-mill Life Stuff going on (I've been more social in the last month that I have in the whole year before it put together, and while it's really great being able to see my friends, I still haven't quite adjusted to how much time that's taking up!) and then I ended up losing a bunch of writing time at the end of the month when my in-laws came to stay with us for a while around Thanksgiving. But overall I'm pretty happy with the progress I did make.
November Wrap-Up : I finished the month with 4763 words which was more than last month, but only just. A total of 5 WIPs got new words: 4281 words went into 2 HP fics, one of which got finished (!!!) and posted (!!!!!!), and 482 words went into 3 MCU fics. Though only one of those MCU fics was actual writing, and the other two just got notes added to the doc so I didn't forget ideas.

Things continue to be okay. A part of me isn't quite able to relax, waiting to get hit with the next crisis, but for now things are still okay.
December Wordcount Goal : 10k which might be aiming a bit high. I never get much done during the month of December. Loads of my fandom time goes to reading instead of writing, and then holiday stuff takes up a bunch more. But I think this is doable. With luck I should be getting to the point on my current fic where I'm making words a little easier. ::crosses fingers::
December Fics to Focus On
☆ Fandom Trumps Hate : Currently 3207 words and I still haven't reached the point where I've really nailed down the POV voice. I'd hoped to get further along than this during November, but sometimes it takes a while to feel my way through the first few thousand words and I've more or less accepted that that's just part of my process. It's been one of those especially frustrating ones where I can see exactly what's happening in my mind, and having just the darnedest time getting it put down into words. Estimated wordcount, 45k.

Comment replies. I've started putting time into this again and I'd really love to get caught up by the end of the year.
