classical music is so metal

bluedreamingI’m guessing it’s probably not just a me thing, but it somehow continues to surprise me when I’m listening to an album and really connect to a piece to the extent that it makes me feel all metal about it ♡
Today’s was Ride’s Clouds of Saint Marie as reimagined by Pêtr Aleksänder - Spotify / YouTube Music / Apple Music. I gather that Ride is a rock band, but I mostly listen to classical spectrum music at work and this particular album firmly sits within that, and my reaction to this particular piece is in the same vein as pieces that are perhaps more firmly “classical”.

allbingoHello everybody! A friend and I will be hosting a casual BINGO event on Tumblr for fan-creations celebrating Sapnap! The secondary theme for this event is SUMMER.
I'm not sure if there are many people on here who are Minecraft Youtuber fans, BUT we have included guidelines for submitting your work from platforms other than Tumblr! We also have an AO3 collection that will be open to submissions. More information in the links below!
