WIP Wednesday
Aug. 16th, 2017 12:22 pmWriting's been just the littlest bit easier this week. Still not easy-easy, but there were a few points where it felt like the words were just sort of coming along on their own, and fuck have I missed that feeling.
New words this week : 1738 words which brings my August wordcount goal to 1853 / 50,000. Still lagging but I knew 50k would be a hell of a long shot for me anyhow so I'm not too fussed about it. It's like starting to run again after you've taken a long break from it, right? Gotta suffer through huffing and puffing your way around the block for a while before you're up to running a 5k again. I'm still getting my brain back in gear.
WIPs worked on this week : 1, no new WIPs (yay!)

☆ pwp take 2 : 1738 words which brings the total to 2899 words, and it's getting to be a bit longer than I thought it'd be (surprise). I still think I can get it wrapped up in about 4-5k total, so we'll see where that goes!
