WIP Wednesday
Dec. 16th, 2020 03:39 pmNot a huge amount of words this week, and most of them on something I shouldn't even be writing on, but I've been in a not very good place mentally, which I think is a combination of anxiety from the pandemic, and then just not getting enough sleep. Anyway, it's been tough to write.
New words this week : 1451 words which is better than last week but most of them were not on the fic that I'm supposed to be working on.
WIPs worked on this week : 2, with no new WIPs (yay!)
HP
☆ Pride Goeth Before a Frog : 196 words which brings the total to 8753 and yeah, really not a whole lot of progress on this one. I don't know, maybe this isn't such a good one to choose to focus on. I'm greatly entertained by what I've got so far, but I can't quite seem to find the traction to keep going on it.
The Old Guard
☆ old guard : 1255 words which brings the total to 1347 and yeah, remember how I said that I didn't have any plot bunnies? That didn't last terribly long, did it. It was actually one of those very cool ones where the whole fic idea springs fully-formed into my brain (I actually had a really weird dream, and woke up with a whole fic in my head.) Wrote it down right away, went back later and expanded with some notes about what happens in between the bits I've got written out. It's MCD, because of course it is.
