At the risk of sounding silly and incredibly trite, I'm going to confess that whenever I so much as think of 'And I Know the Spark' (which happens quite often, really, since I can no longer listen to Bayside without thinking about this; this flawless piece of brilliance that you've written... nnngh -- I get all teary-eyed because I love it. So. Much. And because I need to go reread it right now.
