Haha my organization is also a bit all over the place as well! I have a Great Big Doc of Fic Ideas as well, and then have my wips in fandom-specific folders. But one of my goals for 2021 is to get a bit more organized in my life, but especially my writing one, so I like seeing what other people do. I really like the spreadsheet idea--it sounds like a great way to check-in with all your projects each year. Thanks for sharing :) I'm thinking about maybe playing around with airtable and/or notion to get organized. We'll see how it goes!
