JUNE-JULY-AUGUST
It's been a while. Again. Life continues to be A Thing and I am doing my best. I've actually done some writing, just have been very bad at tracking it.
SEPTEMBER
Going to give it another try to be around more often and more consistent with the writing. My schedule has recently shifted to give me some more free time so I'm hopeful that maybe this time it'll stick.
September Wordcount Goal : 10k and that might be aiming high because I'm still firmly in the planning phase of what I plan to be working on and then it takes me a little while to really dig in and get traction once I begin the actual writing, so we shall see how that goes.
September Fics to Focus On
☆ If It's Not Rough : because I didn't get anything posted at all last year and I'd love to get at least one thing done this year. Estimated wordcount, 7k.
☆ Original Thing : I'm going to give traditional publishing another try, and I have an idea that I'm excited about, so now I just need to write the damn thing. And I'm weirdly nervous about it?? It's been about 15 years since the last time I seriously worked on an original idea vs. fanfic, and now I'm kind of afraid I forgot how to come up with my own ideas and my own characters and do my own worldbuilding and on and on. But I've got the idea and I've (hopefully) got the time, so here goes. Estimated wordcount, 60k.
