2018 Total Wordcount Goal : 35,848 / 300,000
2018 Total Writing Days : 79 / 240
MAY
I was doing great right up until the end of the month when Real Life Stuff got in the way.
May Wrap-Up : I finished the month with 10,701 words which comfortably surpassed my goal of 10k and wow is that a good feeling! I had a handful of ~1.5k days and made some really good progress on FTH. A total of 5 WIPs got new words, with 9607 words going into 3 HP fics and another 1094 words on 2 MCU fic.
JUNE
Here I am, posting my monthly goal post on the 9th, so that probably says all there is to say about how this month has gone so far... but this month so far has had two rounds of houseguests and they've all gone now, so I'm looking forward to getting back to writing!
June Wordcount Goal : 20k which might be overreaching a little bit, but I'm feeling optimistic. We'll see!
June Fics to Focus On
☆ Fandom Trumps Hate : Currently 36,395 words and I am nearly finished with Chapter 4! I got snagged on getting the tone of it right since it sets up a crucial bit for stuff that happens later, and ended up dragging my feet on it a little until I worked it out. But lots of words happened quickly from there once I did. I also shuffled around some of the bits I've got written for later chapters, so I'm bumping the final wordcount guess again. Estimated wordcount, 110k.
