WIP Wednesday

firethesoundLast week was tough for Real Life reasons, and this week is following along similarly. Also, I saw Venom and have been spiraling off into a new fandom again. No real urge to write for it, thank goodness, but I've been reading a fair amount of fic. So, all in all not as much writing or wordage as I'd hoped to have done.
New words this week : 2876 words which brings my October wordcount to a total of 8565 / 30,000 which is
WIPs worked on this week : 1, with no new WIPs (yay!)

☆ Fandom Trumps Hate : 2876 words which brings the total to 51,343 words and I am over 50k. When I first started working on this thing, I roughly plotted it out into three arcs, figuring each one would be about a third of the story. I am still very solidly in the first arc. Even assuming I can wrap this first arc up in 30k, which I think is a conservative estimate but not entirely unreasonable, I'm looking at 80k for the first third of this fic. Which means it's going to be much longer than I thought it'd be. I am really genuinely concerned about this D:
